Define Leadership
The word leadership come from English word 'Lead'. Lead to
guide. to conduct and to direct. A leader is one who guides and directs other
people. He gives the efforts of his followers a direction and purpose by
influencing their behavior. -Therefore, leadership may be defined as the
quality of behavior or a person by which he is able to persuade others to seek
the goals enthusiastically. It is the force which binds a group together and
motivates it towards certain goals.
